Located in New York City's Diamond District, this remodeling project begins with a client needing a space tailored to their business activity. In a place where few prioritize aesthetics, we aimed to make a difference. Recognizing that the gold industry attracts important international clients, we knew it was essential to create a space conducive to forming long-lasting business relationships.

In this dense and bustling city, efficient space utilization is crucial. Every square foot counts. Here, we designed a receiving area, a small kitchenette, a secluded meeting room, and a laboratory for sample testing.
